SHIPPING POLICY

Untamed Artistry typically processes orders Monday - Friday. Excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be typically processed on Monday. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping costs and estimated times calculated at checkout. Rates will vary depending on the shipping address, shipping service selected and order size. *Note - due to the lock down Canada Post is experiencing some shipping delays and waiving their estimated delivery time guarantee. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

United States Shipping: All orders to the United States are to go through our United States store. Please order from www.untamedartistry.us.

International Shipping (Non-USA): Calculated at checkout. If your shipping country is not showing during checkout, contact us. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

  • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. 

  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Delivery service may deem your package as undeliverable for the following reasons:

  • wrong or incomplete address
  • numerous unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • other reasons decided by delivery service at the time of delivery 

In the event that your package is undeliverable, it will be sent back to our return address. Once we receive your package, you will be contacted to have it reshipped. 

Untamed Artistry is not responsible for any shipping costs related to undeliverable packages. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to have their package mailed out again. 

*Please double check your address when placing your order! If you order with an incorrect address, you can contact hi@untamedartistry.ca for help. However, due to high volume of emails we cannot guarantee address changes will be made in time before your order is fulfilled. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

If your package becomes lost or stolen, Untamed Artistry will work with you and the mail delivery service to locate the lost package. Please email us at hi@untamedartistry.ca so we can help you locate it. Untamed Artistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
